AUTUMN 2020 FITNESS CAMPS
PITCHER's BOOTCAMP (ages 13 and up)
Multi-week excercise sessions for pitchers. One hour per week across isx weeks. This camp is designed for pre-high school and high school aged pitchers. It focuses on arm and core stability, leg strength and balance, and compound movements and conditioning. Participants should dress appropriately for indoor workouts combined with short warm-up runs outside (tmeperatures 35 degrees and above). Arrive hydrated. Bring your glove. This class is presneted at a high school level. You will be challenged. The goal is to for the player to learn and understand a proper workout regimen that he/she can self-administer to prepare for the demands of a high school pitcher.
CONDITIONING CAMP (ages 10-13)
Multi-week excercise session designed for athletes 10-13 years of age. One hour per session across six weeks. This camp is designed for the middle-school aged athelete and is designed to teach the fundamentals of fitness. The class will present moderate training to build confidence and muscle tone. Compound movements and conditioning will be a ficus area. It will also include cardio and stretching. The athelet will learn about their muscle groups and their importance. The class is conditioning targeted to baseball players. Players should dress appropriately for indoor workouts with short warm-up runs outside (temperatures 35 degrees and higher). Arrive well hydrated.

I understand that if my child is injured during any BASES activity or event (camps, clinics, strength and conditioning prgorams, batting cage use) or related activity and should require medical attention, appropriate medical care will be summoned and/or ambulance will be called. I understand that physical activities engaged in during such events do carry some degree of personal risk and the potential for serious injury is always possible. I understand that it is very important to provide a thorough set of contact information including a reliable Emergency Phone and Emergency Contact Person that will be able to be reached during the hours of the event. If I and my Emergency Contact are not available, I understand that every effort will be made to contact me and to avoid delays in treatment. I consent to costs related to treatment (beyond those covered by my personal insurance). I give my authorization for my child to participate in the BASES activity or event, and hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless ENFUCO Enterprises, LLC, BASES, its staff, and agents from any claim or liability for accident or injury that occurs while participating. I indicate my acknowledgement and understanding of this personal injury disclaimer and my sole financial responsibility for medical expenses that may occur by pressing the applicable Acknowledgement Button on the electronic registratrion form.

REFUND POLICY FOR OUTDOOR CAMP
Weather can affect our ability to hold camp on any scheduled day during outdoor only camps. When holding camp at a facility run by an independent organization (i.e. Anne Arundel County Parks & Rec, et al) camp will be cancelled when that organization closes the fields for any scheduled day. In the event that camp must be cancelled due to weather, the following refund policy will be applied:
NUMBER OF CANCELLED DAYS - 1 day NO REFUND; 2 days $50 refund; 3 days $75 refund; 4 days $100 refund; 5 days $125 refund
