Peak Season Booking Policy 1) Reservations for the upcoming Peak Season (Jan - Mar) may be "locked in" at any time after August 15th of the prior year. 2) A 20% Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit is required to "lock-in" at time the reservation(s) is/are made. 3) Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to each scheduled date. Example, a January 20th reservation must be paid in full by January 6th. 4) Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a refund of all but the applicable Non-Refundable Deposit portion decsribed in #2 above. 5) Reservation schedule changes made more than 72 hours from scheduled date will NOT be assessed any additional charges. 6) Cancellations within last 72 hours of a scheduled session are subject to 100% forfeiture of session charges. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather BASES will not enforce late cancellation forfeiture as long as "good will" attempts are made to reschedule the reservation. BASES reserves the right to make final determination on weather related refunds or rescheduling. 7) Reservation date/time changes within the last 72 hours prior to a scheduled session are subject to additional $25 rescheduling fee.
8) 5% DISCOUNT will be applied for each reservation "paid in full" at time of booking when booked by October 31st of the prior year.
| Spring/Fall Season Booking Policy 1) Reservations for the upcoming Fall Season (October-December) will be accepted anytime after July 15th.
2) Reservations for the upcoming Spring Season (April-June) will be accepted anytime after December 15th.
3) Balance due prior to start of any single scheduled session.
4) Reservations for multiple weeks in a Fall or Spring will require a non-refundable deposit equal to 1-week rental to secure your spot.
4) Reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time will require a $100 non-refundable deposit (or full payment, whichever is less) at the time the reservation is made.
5) Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session start time will require a $50 non-refundable deposit (or full payment, whichever is less) at the time the reservation is made.
6) Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time are eligible for 100% refund of any prepaid payments or deposit.
7) Schedule changes made more than 72 hours from scheduled date will NOT be assessed any additional charges.
| Off Season Booking Policy 1) No Deposit required at time of reservation for any reservation made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.
2) Reservations made within 72 hours of scheduled start time may require a non-refundable deposit. Said deposit will be in the amount of $50 for every 4 cage hours, or fraction thereof, NOT TO EXCEED 50% of total rental cost. Waiver of deposit requirement will consider impending weather, anticpated demand, and magnitude of schedule request. BASES management reserves the right to make a final determination of deposit requirement.
2) Balance due prior to scheduled reservation start time.
3) Cancellations/Schedule Changes made prior to the 72 start time window are not subject to any additional charges.
